1. Product Authenticity & Natural Variations
EcoChef specializes in handcrafted tableware made from naturally fallen areca palm leaves.
· Unique Character: You acknowledge that because our products are organic and handcrafted, every piece is unique. Variations in color, wood-grain patterns, and minor surface textures are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.
· Representation: We make every effort to display product colors accurately; however, actual colors may vary based on your monitor settings and the natural origin of the leaf.
2. Orders & Payments
· Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
· Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
3. Shipping & Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped from our Cleveland, OH fulfillment center.
· Fulfillment: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
· Address Accuracy: EcoChef is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, logos, product photography, and brand identity, is the exclusive property of EcoChef. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcoChef shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
