EcoChef Shipping & Return Policy

At EcoChef, we are committed to delivering premium sustainable tableware with speed and transparency. Because our products are essential for time-sensitive events like weddings and catering, we prioritize reliable fulfillment from our Cleveland, Ohio warehouse.

I. Shipping Policy

·        Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

·        Domestic USA Shipping: We ship nationwide via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

·        Delivery Times: Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days.

·        Cleveland Local Advantage: Orders shipping to the Midwest and East Coast often arrive faster due to our central Ohio location.

·        Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

II. Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns on items that meet the following criteria:

·        Window: Request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

·        Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

·        Exclusions: Due to hygiene and food safety standards, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used for food service.

III. Natural Material Variations (Important)

EcoChef products are handcrafted from naturally fallen areca palm leaves. Each piece is unique. Variations in color, grain pattern, and minor surface textures are natural characteristics of the leaf and are not considered defects. These variations confirm the authenticity of your "Eco-Luxury" tableware and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

IV. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right immediately.

·        Report within 7 days of delivery to support@ecochef.store.

·        Include: Your order number and clear photos of the issue.

·        Resolution: We will provide a full replacement or a 100% refund. You are not required to ship damaged items back to us.

V. Refund Processing

Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
